Apparently Meek Mills prison sentence saga ain’t over yet!
Latest reports from TMZ revealed that Meek Mill’s legal counsel Joe Tacopina currently aims to get judge Genece Brinkley removed from this case.
According to the report, Tacopina is complaining to the judicial conduct board and also filing a motion for Brinkley to remove herself from Meek Mill’s case. He also said that his client is angling for a pardon from the state of Pennsylvania. However, that option seems like a long shot, since the process can usually take more than a year to complete.
We also learnt that there’s an online petition for #FREEMEEKMILLZ and it has gained over 300,000 signatures. Top celebrities in the industry have also come out to say NO to this UNJUST sentence including the co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, Michael Rubin who wrote a long letter to Genece Brinkley.
