Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Look Lovestruck in Intimate Engagement Photos
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released two official photos to mark their engagement and they look very loved up.
The pictures were taken by celebrity photographer Alexi Lubomirski earlier this week at Frogmore House in Windsor and shared on Kesington Royal social media page.
The fashion and celebrity photographer said the couple’s “love for one another” was a privilege to witness.
“It was an incredible honour to be asked to document this wonderful event, but also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for one another”, Mr Lubomirski said, “I cannot help but smile when I look at the photos that we took of them, such was their happiness together.”
In the first picture, Prince Harry is seen sitting on the steps of the private royal residence, holding the hand of his bride-to-be.
In that same portrait, Meghan is seen leaning close to her royal beau in a semi-sheer Ralph & Russo embellished black long-sleeved top with feather detailing and a ruffled skirt which is reported to cost around £50,000.
The black tulle gown is from the London-based designers’ AW17 collection and features a silk organza skirt, hand appliqued with silk tulle ruffles and embroidered with gold thread-work.
A black and white portrait of the couple embracing intimately was also published in which the newly-engaged couple can be seen smiling, with Meghan gently caressing her fiancé’s face while showing off her engagement ring.
In this photo, Prince Harry wore a coat by Burberry while Meghan wore a sweater by Victoria Beckham.
These Photos come a day after Meghan spent the afternoon at the Royal Christmas Luncheon at Buckingham Palace with her future in-laws.
In Appreciation of all the love the couple have received on their new photos, they released a candid picture of the couple from the day of their portrait sittings.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will marry at Windsor Castle on 19 May 2018.
In the meantime, we will continue to swoon over these snaps.
